	The Arts Students Leagueis a service organization for the art students at The University of Alabama. Our purpose is to enrich the environment for all students by maintaining the student gallery space in Woods Hall and providing resources to help emerging artists, writers, artisans and art historians develop their skills and ideas. read disclaimer Click Here for the ASL Constitution* (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required)		[News] Spring 2008 ASL Relief Fund Award The ASL Relief Fund was initiated in 2003 by students, for students. This unique one-time and project specific grant is awarded by the ASL to a deserving student studying visual art at The University of Alabama. The ASLRF selection group is composed of ASL officers, general members and the faculty sponsor. Each semester this group awards a one-time award of $250.00. To Apply for the ASLRF interested parties need to write a proposal (300 words or less) stating how this award will be used to further their studio practice and studies. There is no restriction on how the money can be used. Include you name and contact information with the application Application Deadline: Friday, April 4th -5:00pm via email to asl@bama.ua.edu Notifications will be made by April 11th.
