Downloading and Printing Forms
In order to download or print a form you must first go to your area of interest on the main web page. Unless otherwise specified, all forms and documents are in html and are readily printed by selecting the form and clicking the print button. If a form is available to be downloaded as a word (*.doc) document the instructions are as follows: After reading the selected form, click in the first column of the table to fill out. From there, use your tab key to go to the next field in the table to be filled in. Using the tab key automatically highlights the words pre-typed in the fill-in field, so that your typing replaces the current text. After the form is completed, save the changes, close the file and e-mail it back to the appropriate person as an attachment. Got questions? E-mail any questions to msumners@bama.ua.edu.
