Panhellenic Preview Weekend - April 26th, 2008 Welcome to NPC Sorority Recruitment (August 10-17, 2008) Guidelines for Fall Recruitment Registration
Step 1 (Please read all instructions) Be sure you are selecting the correct recruitment process. NPC Fall Sorority Recruitment is for the 15 National Panhellenic Conference Sororities at the Capstone. They are: Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Phi Mu, Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Delta Tau and Zeta Tau Alpha. Step 2 Review the rules for Potential New Members at the Panhellenic Website. Step 3 Prepare yourself before you begin to register by having the following items ready:
Step 4 (Priority Registration Deadline August 1, 2008) Complete the online registration form by clicking on the REGISTRATION FORM link below. Please be sure that all information is complete and accurate. Incomplete and inaccurate forms can cause delays in processing your application. Once you have completed the form hit the save and submit button only once. PLEASE DO NOT HIT THE BACK SPACE BUTTON. Once you have submitted your application a pop up will ask you to verify the information you provided. After clicking on OK, another pop will indicating that you have successfully enrolled click on OK and the payment screen will pop up and you can pay the $75 registration fee (After August 1 the fee is $150). Once you have submitted your registration you will receive an email confirmation. Once your file is complete your application will be forwarded to the NPC sororities and the 2008 Sorority Recruitment Guide will be mailed to the address you provided on your application. DO NOT SEND PICTURES, AS THEY WILL BE DISCARDED. Once you have registered you may want to visit the Alabama Panhellenic Association's official website for other important recruitment information.
