Alex Chandler has been named Rotary International Cultural Ambassadorial Scholar for 2008-2009. Alex is a third-year student of Chinese in the Modern Language Department at UA, and is a senior majoring in Global Supply Chain Management and Chinese through New College. He will be using the $15,000 scholarship to enroll in a 6-month Intermediate/Advanced Chinese Language program at Taipei Language Institute in Taiwan next January. More...
