The Weaver Research Group, directed by Prof. Mark L. Weaver conducts research within the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at The University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, AL).

 

We focus on the fundamental linkages between the microstructures and properties of materials. Our current areas of research include: high temperature coatings, metal/polymer nanolaminates, and intermetallic compounds.
