Announcements:
Update 11/20/08:

• Class is cancelled on Tue. Nov 25, however Test 4 will be given at 6:30 pm as scheduled.
   
• The Test 4 Study Guide is now available. A substitution vs. elimination Decision Diagram is also available.  Be sure you understand why each set of conditions enforces each indicated mechanism (i.e., how each trail leads to each end point).
   
• Be sure to attend class on Tue Dec 2.  Professor Blackstock will cover the most important aspects of NMR spectra interpretation.  This will be the basis for a significant portion of the Final Exam! We will discuss additional issues and work example problems in class on Thu Dec. 4.
   
• There are no OWL assignments due for Chapter 13.
