Conference Costs

Delegation Fee: $35 per school

Delegate Fee: $15 per student

Projected Hotel Expenses: TBA

Projected Personal Expenses: $50 per student/sponsor

Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, we will not be able to provide the discounted hotel rate this year. In order to help you reserve the best rooms for your delegation, a directory will soon become avaiable with all the available hotels (and their rates) in Tuscaloosa.

Costs are final, no fees other than those listed above will arise for delegates or delegation sponsors, except of course regarding personal expenses. Included in these costs are all of the following:

All committee materials for delegates, including handbooks, nametags, placards, and session materials.

All conference materials for sponsors, including an information packet, nametag, and guidebook.

A social event including dinner and entertainment to be hosted at Mellow Mushroom Pizza on Saturday evening.
