Determination of the Neutron Flux during the March 2001 PPO irradiation at MIT
The UA analysis of the neutron flux monitor sample UA 28 and the U/Th spiked
PPO sample UA 30 is not yet finished.
For our analysis we use the neutron flux estimate as provided by MIT's research reactor:
Thermal neutron flux: 5.0·1013 / (cm2 s)
Epi-thermal flux: 3.3·1012 / (cm2 s). Flux suppression factor: 15.2
