Jay Barker

Jay Barker (7) and his closest brothers in Christ started getting together for prayer in the shower room as they awaited pre-game warm-ups. The "Shower Prayer" has continued as players dedicate their talents back to Jesus. All-American quarterback Jay Barker (7) was a role model for his teammates, youth and fans who knew of his deep Christian commitment. A strong FCA leader, Jay led FCA teammates in a prayer session before each game in the shower room that has carried over since his departure in 1994.
