| Bill McDonald (right) was Head Trainer for the Crimson Tide for many years, and has served at FCA camps at Black Mountain, N.C. many times. In this photo, he is escorting All-American Derrick Thomas (1985-88) off the field after an injury. Derrick invited Jesus Christ into his life at an Alabama FCA meeting and was baptized by team chaplain Sylvester Croom. |
