Shaun Alexander
Shaun Alexander was a dynamic FCA leader at Alabama from 1997-2000. He is shown explaining The Lord’s plan for salvation to a teenage athlete following a Franklin Graham Festival service in 1999. FCA took a leadership role in the three-night Festival attended by 52,000 people and 3,800 decisions for Christ were made in the campus basketball arena.

Shaun Alexander, shown here rushing for a school record 291 yards against LSU in 1996 as a freshman redshirt, was a vocal leader of the Alabama Huddle from 1995-99. He is now the running back for the Seattle Seahawks and maintains a strong Christian testimony.

Shaun Alexander scored five touchdowns for a school record in a 38-31 victory over Brigham Young University in the 1998 season opener at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It was Shaun's junior season when he served as FCA president.

Shaun had an awesome game at The Swamp on October 2,1999 leading the Crimson Tide to a 40-39 overtime victory over the Florida Gators. Shaun then led Alabama to a 34-7 victory over the Gators in the 1999 SEC Championship game in Atlanta on December 4.
