Most Alabama collections of major collectors have been databased. The data are available on the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF). I have been encouraging people with information requests to try it out. Because our collection is not completely databased, to make sure you get all our records, you'll still need to request the information from the Collection Manager (sginzbar [at] biology.as.ua.edu) for now. I will update the information available on-line and let you know when it's ready to be searched.
