Post-Doctoral Research Associate
The University of Alabama, Department of Chemistry, has a pool for Postdoctoral Research positions. Persons holding these positions are to conduct research with various faculty members on a variety of projects including mass spectrometry of biomolecules, inorganic and organic synthesis, biochemistry, molecular spectroscopy, solid-state chemistry, and materials science. The minimum requirement is a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field. The appointments are non-tenure earning and are usually for one year, although renewal is possible.
