Graduate Resources
Listed below are resources and forms for students in the graduate chemistry program. More information will be posted in the coming months.
Forms
Students should arrange with their advisor to ensure that appropriate forms are brought for committee meetings. There are forms for the IRR, ORP, and final defense (masters or PhD) for the committee to report the result of your defense. In addition, there are assessment forms that are used to evaluate the program. Both forms should be completed by the committee for all defenses. All forms below are fill-in PDF forms. Fill-in PDF forms can be filled out in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and printed out. Acrobat is required to save your document.
