We lost our football game last night (boo), so we will unfortunately not be headed to the play-offs. Thanks to everyone who came out during the season to play and/or cheer us on. We plan on doing another sport or two in the spring, bowling and volleyball likely. Today was the deadline for MER. If you were not at the meeting and were planning on going, LET ME KNOW ASAP! Our 2 new members who won free registration last week will sadly not be attending, so we re-drew, and Jessica Pearce and Jason Spencer will now only be responsible for lodging. For those of you who were not able to Paint the Town Red, please go by and look at our window. We painted the UPS Store, which is in the Cold Stone/Firehouse Subs shopping center. Please also remember that next week (October 20) is the Kiwanis Family Reception. It will be at 7:30 at the Stallings Center (where RISE is), and dress is Sunday or business casual. We will be hearing from Kiwanis, Circle K, and Key Club, and there will of course be food. It'll be a good time. Lastly, t-shirt designs must be submitted by October 27. If you have an idea, either draw it or write it out, and turn it in within the next 2 weeks. There is no certain theme, but the design must be appropriate.
