| Membership Education Rally | |
| The Membership Education Rally is held each year in November, after clubs have had a chance to induct new members. The primary focus of MER is educating new and prospective members of Circle K about our organization. To accomplish this, educational workshops and service workshops are held throughout the convention. These workshops are hosted by members of the District Board of Officers and other experienced Circle K members and facilitators. They are usually a lot of fun and informative at the same time. MER is sometimes also an opportunity for Alabama District Circle K'ers to meet our International Trustee and find out what is going on at Circle K International. In recent years, MER has been held in rustic settings and/or involved outdoors leadership building activities such as ropes courses. There are also roundtables hosted by the District Officers for club officers. |  |
| Y'all Conference | |
| Y'all is a mainly social conference held each Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend in January. Occasionally a team-building spin is put on its activities, and usually there is a time to choose one or more service projects. Created by the Alabama, Georgia, and Carolina Districts, Y'all is an opportunity for Circle K'ers from all across the Southeast to come together and have fun as only Circle K'ers can! |  |
| District Convention | |
| Distict Convention is held each year in the spring shortly after club officers are elected. It is similar to International Convention, but on a much smaller scale. As the name suggests, Circle K members of the Alabama District gather to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and elect a new District Board of Officers. As with International Convention, there are awards, a talent competition, an oratorical competition, and various workshops in which members can participate. |  |
