The 2008 annual meeting of the Southeastern Theoretical Chemistry Association will be held Friday and Saturday, May 16th and 17th, at the Department of Chemistry of The University of Alabama. This year's program will consist of invited and contribution talks during the day on Friday and Saturday morning, as well as a poster session with reception and southern Barbeque dinner on Friday evening. The meeting will take place in Shelby Hall.

The SETCA meeting has traditionally involved strong participation by students and postdoctoral associates. To continue this custom, we have worked to keep the registration fees as low as possible through financial support from sponsors. Thanks to their generous contributions, we are able to keep the registration fees at $55.00, which includes the conference barbeque dinner and poster reception.
