You must have PowerPoint installed on your computer to view the presentation.

1.  When you click on the PowerPoint link you will be given the option to download the file or to open it.  Choose whichever works best for you.

2.  If you download the file to your computer you will no longer have to go to the EHS website and will probably be more convenient for you.  If you choose to run the program you will have to connect to the EHS web site to run the file every time you view the presentation.

3.  Open the file by double clicking the file name (if you downloaded it).  When PowerPoint opens the file, click view, then click Slide Show.  Click the mouse once each time you want to view a new slide.

4.  If you chose the run option PowerPoint will start the presentation for you within Internet Explorer. Use the pagedown key to scroll through the pages.

4.  Print and complete the test (Instructions are at the end of the slide show).  Send completed test to Janie Fowler.
