MSDS LIBRARY
OSHA regulations require manufactures and distributors to provide MSDSs for all chemicals and hazardous materials. Right to Know and the Chemical Hygiene regulations require hard copies of the MSDS in each area where the corresponding chemical is stored or used. The information included on an MSDS is the name, substance identification, components, physical data, fire and explosion data, toxicity, health effects, first aid, reactivity, spill procedures, storage computability and protective equipment required. MSDS's are available through the Chemical Environmental Management System (CEMS) website and several other MSDS link sites are available via the Internet.
