                                                        C&BA TestLab Schedule for Summer 2012 (TENTATIVE)
FOLLOW 3 STEPS TO TAKE A TESTLAB EXAM
1) Get on your computer at home and check this schedule to see when the TestLab is open. A 24-hour clock means 1100-1400 is 11am to 2pm. "BL" is the Bashinsky Lab in the library lower level. "BD" is Bidgood Hall.
2) Get on your computer at home and check eLearning to see when the course Exam is available.
3) To get the fully available exam time slot arrive early before closing -- the TestLab closes and you leave done or not.
IMPORTANT: The lab sometimes fills before deadlines causing long lines to form. To avoid waiting in line simply go before deadlines approach.

RULES INSIDE THE TESTLAB
ALL COURSES: No books or notes. CHEAT SHEETS MAY GET YOU EXPELLED FROM CBA!!!
1) Bring your valid UA Action Card. NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ON PERSON except for an approved calculator. Backpacks etc go NOT ON TABLETOPS - DON'T BRING MUCH.
2) No exams can be STARTED less than 30 minutes before closing. The TestLab closes at closing time and you must leave the room. Check from home before traveling whether you can pull up the exam.
3) Enter the TestLab, proceed to any workstation, logon and prepare yourself to take the exam. Within 5 minutes close all windows and applications except for the eLearning browser.
  Pull up the PASSWORD prompt and RAISE YOUR HAND. The proctor will indicate next steps, including check of ID, calculator, and workspace. Complete the signature sheet. Your signature indicates agreement to the TestLab ethics policy that is enforced by electronically monitoring your computer during your exam session. Opening any window or application after the proctor launches the exam causes the proctor to capture your session, submit the exam, close your session. You must immediately leave the TestLab. Only visit the website URL’s that appear on the List of Test Aids on this webpage. The proctor sends snapshots of policy violations to the course teacher and the C&BA Academic Misconduct Monitor for adjudication.
4) Find here a list of test aids and/or websites that your teacher permits. Browsing any other website violates the C&BA Honor Code.
CALCULATOR RESTRICTION: ONLY permitted calcs are the Texas Instruments BA2Plus or HP12C or simple 4-function calc or WinCalc!

5) EXCEPTIONS: Sometimes computer connections interrupt your exam. Questions for which you clicked "SUBMIT ANSWER" have been saved by eLearning. Questions you did not click SUBMIT will be lost. So click SUBMIT often!
