In May 2003 I graduated from Oak Mountain High School as a National Merit Scholar. Therafter I attended the University of Alabama and graduated in August 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Anthropology. Currently, I am about to graduate from the University of Alabama with my Master degree in Library and Information Studies. I am presently searching for an adademic or special collections librarain position, but I am certainly open to many other posibilities. I am employed as a Graduate Assistant at the W.S. Hoole Special Collections Library . For most of 2008 I worked as a reference intern and assistant, but presently I process manuscripts and manuscript collections. I am also employed at the Office of Student Media as a technology assistant and web developer. I designed and coded the Corolla On-line site and helped develop and code sites for The Office of Student Media and Alabama Scholastic Press Association. In addition to HTML and CSS, I am familiar with Javascript and Java programming |
