Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act
Effective April 1, 2009, a new 60-day special enrollment opportunity will be allowed when
- An employee or dependent loses eligibility for Medicaid or CHIP coverage
- An employee or dependent becomes eligible for a premium assistance subsidy under Medicaid or CHIP

Vision Care Benefits
This Vision Care Plan is being offered as a part of our commitment to your well being. UnitedHealthcare Vision Care Plan (previously named Spectera) provides affordable, quality vision care, nationwide.
Plan members can now log in to the UnitedHealthcare Vision website, www.myuhcvision.com, and print an ID card for themselves or a family member. To print an ID card for a family member, the plan member may log in with his or her identification number and enter the dependent’s last name and date of birth. The card will print with the dependent’s name on it.
