Rock shot her husband after a fight; couldn't remember details, but with hypnosis,
remembered her "finger was not on trigger, gun just went off"; gun expert said
this could happen with this gun; AR law precluded hypnosis per se; Supreme Court said total
bar restricted 14th Amendment right to due process & 6th Amendment right to call
witnesses; though hypnosis has weaknesses, total exclusion arbitrary; NOT THE SAME AS
NON-PARTY WITNESS UNDER HYPNOSIS
