Horizon Wimba AppShare
AppSharing, or application sharing, is a feature available in the Horizon Wimba classroom that enables eLearning participants to share their screen content with others in real time. This skill is especially useful for conducting group presentations in the Wimba classroom. This training module demonstrating how to use the AppSharing feature in the Wimba classroom is targeted to incoming distance learning students.
Technologies to be addressed in this module include:

AppSharing from either a window, selected screen area, or the full desktop in the content frame

Ending an AppShare session
By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

Use the AppShare feature in the Wimba classroom

Achieve familiarity with the layout of the Wimba classroom as it pertains to AppSharing

AppShare a window in the content frame

Implement best practices (both what to do and what not to do) when AppSharing
