  • The answer key for exam 1 is now posted.
• 2/3/12
  • The material for exam 1 will cover through 16.7B in the book. I have revised the exam 1 study guide to reflect this.
  • I have posted a list of suggested book problems to do in addition to the OWL assignments. This list can be found on the Study Resources page.

  • The study guide for Exam 1 is now posted on the Study Resources page.
  • The answer key to problem set 1 is posted. The problem sets will be returned at the review session on Saturday.
• 1/31/12
  • Chapter 15 and 16 problems are now open in OWL.
  • Outlines for chapters 15 and 16 are posted.
• 1/27/12
  • I was informed of an error on problem 3a of the problem set. The correct molecular formula is C₆H₁₂O. The corrected problem set is posted.

  • Problem set 1 is now posted. It will be due on 2/1
  • The remainder of the chapter 13 OWL is due on Sunday (1/29), not Saturday (1/28).

  • The syllabus for this semester is now posted on the Handouts page.
  • Also on the Handouts page is a sheet listing key topics from CH 231. These would be good to review before we start the materials for CH 232. The mechanism review sheet will also be useful.
