Supplemental Teaching Evaluation

In order to continue to improve my teaching methods, I would ask you fill out the following survey, which will provide me with more useful information than the standard evaluation form.

I am interested in finding out what students like about this lab and my teaching and what they don't like, so that I may improve things. Please be honest. Your remarks will be completely anonymous.

To encourage you to fill out the evaluation, I will offer 10 bonus points for doing so. Instructions on claiming your 10 points will be given once you've submitted your responses.
