PROMETHEUS
Prometheus is freed from his torture. Heracles stands to the right of Prom., who is bound on the rock; to Prom. left is Earth (?); the eagle is mortally wounded by Heracles arrow, and he falls to the ground. On the lower part there is on the left Demeter(?), Persephone (?) holding a torch, and a winged Fury with snakes in her hair. The flowers springing from the earth may signify the herb Prometheon, which sprung out from Prometheus' blood, which allegedly Medea used for her sorcery.
