Total cost of the program is $3,750.00. Airfare is not included! The enrollment fee of $100.00 is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cost includes:
Day of arrival welcome dinner. Transportation from and to the Florence Airport (if flying with the group). Taxi from hotel to host family.
Tuition, all textbooks and free Internet access at Clida. Room with a family.

During the Stay -- Breakfast/dinner with host family 7 days a week, and Florence Bus Pass.

• Visit to Settignano (Villa Gamberaia Gardens).
• Chianti Excursion and lunch.
• Florence museum card, which covers all fees to all main museums of Florence.
• Student health insurance.
• International student card.
• Clida ID Card (with discount to local stores and restaurants)
• Farewell dinner at the end of program.
• "Where in the World is Big Al" T-shirt

Payment Schedule / Due dates:
January 15: $600 confirmation deposit with application form due
February 12: Second payment of $1,575 due
March 12: Final payment $1,575 due

Note: Payments are nonrefundable after due date. Please consult application for refund/cancellation policy. If space remains available, late applications will be considered. The program will not refund monies for day trips, excursions, entrance fees to churches, museums and castles, or any element of a planned group excursion and/or site visit in which the student does not participate. The program will not refund monies for group meals in which the student does not participate.
