All the courses will be taught at CLIDA
(Centro Linguistico Dante Alighieri). The center, founded in
1966, is the oldest language school in Italy and is located
in a beautiful nineteenth-century palazzo in the historical
center of Florence. The Italian language staff is composed of
highly qualified native Italian instructors. To maximize learning,
classes are limited to a maximum of 12 students per class.
All students
enroll for six hours of credit. Students enrolling in IT 101
must also enroll in CRL 101 to achieve six hours. Likewise,
students enrolling in IT 102 must also enroll in CRL 102. Students
enrolling in intermediate or advanced classes earn three credits.
At intermediate and advanced levels, students enroll for two
courses to achieve six hours of credits. Please contact the
Director for details.
