Jerome BusenitzProfessor Experimental high-energy physics Dr. Busenitz's main research interest is the properties and interactions of the basic building blocks of nature. He is presently collaborating on the Palo Verde and KamLAND neutrino experiments. He previously worked on Fermilab experiment E-687 to measure the photoproduction and decay of charm hadrons and on the L3 experiment at CERN, studying electron- positron interactions at center-of-mass energies up to 200 GeV. Professor Busenitz received his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois in 1985. He joined the faculty of The University of Alabama in 1990. |
