Stanley T. JonesProfessor Theoretical physics and Physics Education Dr. Jones chaired the department from 1998-2006, after having been an assistant dean of the College of Arts and Sciences for nine years. He is currently pursuing interests in physics education. Professor Jones received his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois in 1970. The same year, he joined the faculty of The University of Alabama. |
