Declaration of Purpose:
The purpose of Spectrum is to provide a supportive community environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students at the University of Alabama; to work for greater understanding and education within the University and its surrounding communities about gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender individuals and the discrimination that exists against them.
Membership
Membership in Spectrum is open to all persons regardless of sexual orientation, race, creed, gender, gender identification, national origin, physical ability, or health status. For more information on membership, please see Article III of the Spectrum Constitution.
Dues: $7 per semester.
