Transcripts - Requests by Mail


  • Requests may be submitted by letter and should include the following information:
    • Student's legal signature
    • Student's full name/name used while in attendance
    • Current address
    • Daytime telephone number
    • Student ID#
    • Graduation date/years attended
    • Name and address of the party to receive the transcript
  • You can download a transcript request form.

or for overnight mail deliveries to the Registrar's Office:

Requests received by mail are normally processed within 48 hours after receiving the request. Additional processing time may be required following a holiday period, at the end of each term, or for records prior to fall 1983.
