Care Integration Team (CIT) Intervention is a research project funded by the National Institute on Aging.
Its staff
will:
· Discuss with family caregivers of hospice patients their knowledge
of end-of-life treatments
· Provide emotional support to family caregivers The extra help provided by
CIT is free.
