10.)  OPTIONAL – MAY BE SKIPPED!  If you have a special interest in, knowledge of, and/or  connections with, another Montgomery-based government office, campaign organization, or political interest group that is NOT listed here, please tell me what that office or group,  why you want to work for them, and what leads (if any) you may have for contacting that agency/group.

11.)   WORK/VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE.  Please list all work experience and long-term volunteer/community service experience you have.  If the list is extensive,  you might want to choose those past experiences that might be most relevant to your suitability for a Montgomery internship.

12.)  EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.  Please list all campus and off-campus activities in which you are involved, which were not already listed in #11.  Be sure to include any officership or leadership roles you may have played in one or more organizations.  Again, if the list is overwhelming, narrow it down to those groups most revelant to government and politics.

13.)  REFERENCES.  Please give DETAILED and COMPLETE contact information (full names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, etc.)  for THREE people----professors, teachers, coaches, former employers, organizational advisors, etc.---who know you well and can address your suitability for a position of responsibility.   Students who supply fewer than three references and/or incomplete information will not be considered for an internship.
