If you need assistance using SAS on bama or your PC, e-mail the StatUser at statuser@bama.ua.edu. You can also visit the Seebeck Computer Center HelpDesk, room A203 Gordon Palmer Hall, or call them at 348-2435 (UAHELP on campus).
If you are having programming problems, first check the SAS OnlineDoc (available from on campus only; requires Java). You may also want to check out the SAS Web site. The HelpDesk also has SAS documentation you can use, but it cannot be removed from the area.
There is also a SAS mailing list hosted by the University of Georgia. To subscribe, send an e-mail containing the following line to listserv@listserv.uga.edu:
subscribe SAS-L firstname lastnamewhere "firstname" and "lastname" are your first and last name, respectively. You will receive another e-mail containing instructions you should follow.
