33rd Festival of the Earth Celebration
On Sunday, November 20, 2005, UPC celebrated
the 33rd annual festival of the Earth service. Afterwards, members
and friends gathered in the fellowship hall for a potluck lunch
and for the presentation of Joe
Stone's book of sermons.
Each year, members bring gifts from God's creation.
Steve regails the audience with tales of tennis teachings with
Joe.

The congregation is lead by the choir and the minister into
the sanctuary and past the altar. They drop off food donations
and gifts from nature including flowers, berries, shells, and
other gifts.
The altar is surrounded by gifts from nature and food
donations for the Deacon's Food
Pantry.
