Physical Location
So...where are we? Technically, Westminster is truly located in the hearts and minds of our students, but the Post Office doesn't take too kindly to that location. So here is our ACTUAL physical location.
Winter-Vallery Student Center
The student center is located at 1127 Eighth Street in Tuscaloosa. Here's a map. The student center is in bright blue.
Since the University of Alabama is in the process of transforming into a pedestrian campus, there is an unusual amount of traffic near the perimeter of campus; this makes getting anywhere a little more difficult. Some road closings and name changes have thrown some people off, but we hope you can find us without too much trouble.

Westminster Fellowship is a student organization and a campus ministry initiative. While WF is housed in the same location as University Presbyterian Church, it is not directly tied to any one Presbyterian Church. Graphic Identification
Logo Significance:
The Westminster Fellowship logo was born from our spiritual and theological connection with the Presbyterian Church (USA). The blue "W" is the top portion of the Cross found in the Presbyterian Seal. It also represents a descending dove; a symbol of the Holy Spirit. The dove is intimately tied to the representation of the Bible, affirming the role of the Spirit in both inspiring and interpreting Scripture in the life of the church. The dove also symbolizes Christ's baptism by John and the peace and wholeness which his death and resurrection bring to a broken world.
The red "F" echoes the flames found in the Seal. They are a symbol of revelation in the Old Testament when God spoke to Moses from the burning bush, and a suggestion of the beginning of the Christian church when Christ manifested himself to his apostles at Pentecost and charged them to be messengers of the good news of God's love.

The following logos are available for download to represent official Westminster Fellowship functions.
Right-click on any of the files listed. Click on "save target as" or "save picture as" or "save link as" depending on your browser. Then locate a place on your computer to save the file, and click save. NOTE: These files are unusually large in size. This allows for the logos to be reproduced with minimal reduction in quality.
If you want to place the image in a word document, open the file you just downloaded with Microsoft Paint (or any other similar image software). Click on edit and click select all. Then switch over to your word file, and click on edit, then paste. The picture will be huge, now all you have to do is reduce the size by dragging one of the four corners of the picture inward.
We ask that the proportions of the image files stay the same (aspect ratio). By dragging the CORNER instead of the middle-TOP or middle-SIDE, the width to height ratio will stay the same. Email wf@bama.ua.edu for further instructions.
